Becoming An Instructor
We believe our instructors are our companies greatest asset. As such we take great time and care in selecting the individuals we invite to join our team. Becoming a lead instructor with WAVE can be a lengthy process and requires a great deal of time and commitment.
After review of your application package and if we feel that you would be a good fit for our team we would set up an interview. Upon successful completion of the interview you would shadow one of our lead instructors as an assistant. The length of time people spend as assistants will vary based upon their skills and experience.
