Cancellation Policy
WAVE – Western Adventure Education Corp. reserves the right to cancel any program. In the event that we cancel your program we will fully refund 100% of your deposit and program registration fees.
If you need to cancel your registration in one of our programs our policy is as follows:
We require a 50% deposit to register in any of our programs. The balance is due 14 days prior to the start date of your program. If you cancel your registration 14 days or more prior to the start dater of your program your deposit if fully refundable or can be transfered to another course if you choose. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of your program WAVE will retain your 50% deposit fee. If you have any questions regarding this policy please feel free to contact our office.
Please also note that for safety reasons, we reserve the right to alter the schedule on any program should the weather or water conditions present a threat to a safe program for the participants.
