Payment Info

Deposit

To guarantee your spot, a 50% deposit is due upon registration, with the balance (plus any rental charges) due before the course. For companies and organizations, we can accept purchase order numbers and will provide an invoice in advance.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to course date, or can be transferred to a course at a later date. If WAVE cancels the course for any reason, all payments are fully refundable.

When you register you are accepting the cancellation policy and you understand that your place will not be guaranteed until your deposit is received by WAVE.
