Program Registration
- Step 1
- Take a look at our dates and rates page to view the pricing and availability of your selected program.If there are no posted dates or prices for the program you are interested in, please contact our office for more information. Please confirm your need for any equipment rentals by viewing our program pages and equipment lists.
- Step 2
- Complete and submit our Online Registration Form, or if you are having difficulty with our online registration form please contact our office and submit your request over the phone.
- Step 3
- Our customer relations specialist will contact you via email or phone to confirm your registration and payment information.
- Please Download our Agreement of Terms, and Participation Information Forms. Read, complete and bring them with you to the course. Your instructor will collect them when you arrive.
- If you have any special medical needs or concerns be sure to let us know ahead of time.
Deposit and Payment Information
We require a 50% deposit to register in any of our programs. If you cancel your registration 14 days or more prior to the start date of your program your deposit if fully refundable or can be transfered to another course if you choose. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of your program WAVE will retain your 50% deposit fee. If you have any questions regarding this policy please feel free to contact our office.
Acceptable Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, or Master-card. Please make all payments out to Western Adventure Education Corp.
